We are looking for a Performance Marketer who will drive customer acquisition and branding efforts for Thunderscribe. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in growing SaaS platforms through organic & paid marketing, both in B2B and B2C environments. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimizing for performance, and scaling customer growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive growth and user acquisition for Thunderscribe in both B2B and B2C sectors.

Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit and other relevant platforms.

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to maximize conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Analyze performance data to inform future strategies and ensure KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV are met.

Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

Continuously track and analyze the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and market trends.

Drive customer acquisition through brand-building efforts, including display, video, and content marketing.

Report campaign performance to stakeholders and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
-
3+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on SaaS customer acquisition in B2B and B2C markets.

Proven experience in managing significant budgets across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).

Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Facebook Pixel.

Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and conversion funnel analysis.

Excellent understanding of key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, LTV, and CAC.

Strong communication skills to articulate strategy, performance, and recommendations to internal teams.

Familiarity with landing page optimization tools and strategies.

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced startup environment.

Experience in building and scaling brand awareness campaigns is a plus.
